Smart Store Refund Policy

 

At Smart Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an Smart Store product and receive a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Unopened and Unused Products: You may return unopened and unused Smart Store products within 5 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.
• Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Smart Store products.
• Defective Products: If your Smart Store product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@smart-i.store within the eligible return window. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your product.
2. Return Shipment: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return to the address provided by our customer support team. Please keep your receipt for tracking purposes.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

• Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe (5 days of purchase).
