• Order Processing: Orders are confirmed upon successful processing and payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, payment issues, or fraud concerns.
• Payment Methods: We accept online payments via secure methods and cash-on-delivery (COD) options.

Delivery

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and chosen shipping method.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. These are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery confirmation, except for COD orders where ownership transfers upon payment.

Returns and Refunds

We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from, but not limited to, the use of the App, errors or omissions in content, product availability, system outages, or third-party service disruptions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or representations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the App. Continued use of the App after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
